I have called Geno, based on reviews and comments from several colleagues of mine, who was using his service in the past and were extremely satisfied with it, and we scheduled an appointment at the same day. Geno has provided me with an estimate very next morning and scheduled work for the next week. The job was done very professionally, in time and up to the all construction codes. In addition, Geno suggested to me some design ideas to make it looks more in style. Geno did also recommend me some ideas about siding and had already represented me design. I have already scheduled with Geno to replace my siding later on this spring. If you plan to do any exterior work on your property, I would highly recommend Geno as a professional contractor/designer in his business.

Geno continues to show that he is reliable and reasonably priced. He is quick to respond to emails and when he says he will be at your house, you can bet he will be there and on time. Since finding Geno on the internet, he has replaced my patio roof, installed new gutters, repaired my main roof and replaced the main roof vents. Geno made sure he purchased quality exhaust vents (my older vents were cheap and causing leaks) and Geno didn't use the cheap stuff from the popular hardware chain stores. I bought a house in South Philly a couple months ago that needed quite a few renovations. One of the projects was to completely replace the old puke green siding on the back of the house. Since it's a rowhome it wasn't too big of a job, and most companies I contacted turned me down. However, Geno responded quickly and came over for an estimate the same day I contacted him.
