Transportation - Completely messed up my transportation from arrival to departure. I waited alone for 2 hours in Mexico and had to take an Uber instead. Even though I sent over my flight information twice and confirmed the morning of my arrival, tripguy refused to admit fault or give a refund back.

Not reliable at all.
Resort - 2 people got food poisoning, someone's reservation was shortened a day and had to work with the front desk for hours to stay her original time, resort tried to double charge me for a tour, I was told I had to do a late check-out for that tour... Only to receive a call the next morning that they do not have my room as a late check-out and that I must leave before I head out for the excursion and resort was insanely overpriced ($30 for bug spray)
A travel agent is supposed to be make vacation easier but they just caused major headaches. I couldve handled everything on my own for a fraction of the price.
